Common Questions

What if I need to cancel or return?

Contact us any time before your gi ships and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once it's shipped, standard return policy applies — reach out and we'll sort it out.

What about sizes that aren't part of this run?

L and H sizes (A1L, A2L, A2H, A3L, A3H, A4H) are custom order rather than part of this production batch, and follow their own separate timeline. We'll confirm details by email after you order.

Why does it take 90 days?

Our supplier's hemp stock got bought out by a larger order right as we confirmed ours. These 100 are being sourced, dyed, cut, and sewn from scratch — roughly 45 days to weave the textile, then about 45 more to cut and sew. We'll send updates at key milestones and tracking the moment it ships.

Does my order include the $10 veteran donation?

Absolutely. Every gi sold — at full price or otherwise — triggers the $10 donation to veteran causes. It's in our LLC operating agreement, not just our marketing.

Can I order more than one?

Yes — just adjust the quantity before checkout. Each one ships together unless you tell us otherwise.
