By accessing hempweave.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website.
HempWeave sells 100% hemp Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gis direct to consumers. Our founding run is a pre-order campaign: you pay at the time of order and your gi ships once the production run is complete, targeted for Q3 2026.
By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that:
All prices are listed in US dollars. The founding run price is $189 per gi. Future orders after the founding run closes will be priced at $225. Applicable sales tax is collected at checkout via Stripe Tax for Washington State orders.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Your card is charged at the time of order placement.
We ship within the United States only during the founding run. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your order has shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Because this is a pre-order campaign with limited production, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us at hello@hempweave.com and we will work with you. Once an order has shipped, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.
HempWeave LLC commits $10 per gi sold to veteran causes. This commitment is written into our operating agreement. The specific recipient organization(s) will be announced as we formalize partnerships. This is a founding commitment, not a conditional marketing claim.
All content on hempweave.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HempWeave LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
HempWeave LLC's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
